New Academy starts June 3rd!!!
Synergy Volleyball Academy is designed to train girls and boys who are new to volleyball, have limited experience or have not had formal training. This academy teaches girls the basic fundamentals of volleyball through age-appropriate drills. These drills will improve skill development of serving, setting, defense, team concepts, and hitting.
